Camp Dates:  May 30th -August 8th

Ages:  All Children ages 5 -12 by June 1st

Cost:  Full-Time: $120 per week, per child.  
           Part-Time: $35 per day, per child (4 days or less per week). 

Registration: $75 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of registration.
                                           No discount is available for multiple children.  

 


OUMC Sumer Camp Payment Policy and Procedures
2023

Dates:

2023 Summer Camp will run May 30 to August 8, 2023

* Length of Summer Camp is subject to change based on BCSC calendar.

Cost:

Full Time Rate: $120 a week
Part time Rate: $35 per day (daily rate will never exceed the weekly rate of $110.  Families will be  
                           responsible for fees up to $120 max per week.)

3 Camp Options:

  1. Full Time: Families attending the entire summer will be responsible for all 10 weeks of camp, totaling $1150
  2. Full Time w/Vacation: Families may choose 1-2 weeks off, anytime during the summer, with NO weekly tuition fees due. Families would be responsible for all weeks attended.  Two weeks off, 8 weeks paid totaling $920 or 1 week off, 9 weeks paid totaling $1035.
                 Families are financially responsible for any weeks off exceeding
                           the 2 vacation weeks, at regular camp rates of $115.
  3. Part Time: Families attending camp less than 5 days a week. 

Last 2 days of camp:

FULL TIME CAMPERS: Final 2 days of camp will be included.
PART TIME CAMPERS: Final 2 days of camp IF attending will be at daily rate of $35.

Payments:

Tuition payment are due on Mondays.

Registration Fee: 
A $75 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of registration.  This fee holds your child's spot, snacks, crafts, and field trips.

Times:
7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 9 hour daily maximum.

A late pick up fee of $25 will be charged for all pick ups later than 5:35pm.

Meals: 

      Families will be asked to send a packed lunch daily with children. 

Snacks

      Morning and afternoon snacks are provided each day.

Activities: 
      Both indoor and outdoor activities will be planned for each day so campers should be dressed appropriately for the weather.
