2025 OUMC SUMMER CAMP

Camp Dates:  May 27th -August 12th

Ages:  All Children ages 5 -12 by June 1st

Cost:  Full-Time: $120 per week, per child.  
           Part-Time: $35 per day, per child (4 days or less per week). 

Registration: $85 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of registration.
                                           No discount is available for multiple children.  

 


OUMC Summer Camp Payment Policy and Procedures
2025

Dates:

2025 Summer Camp will run May 27 to August 12, 2025

* Length of Summer Camp is subject to change based on BCSC calendar.

Cost:

Full Time Rate: $120 a week
Part time Rate: $35 per day (daily rate will never exceed the weekly rate of $110.  Families will be  
                           responsible for fees up to $120 max per week.)

3 Camp Options:

  1. Full Time: Families attending the entire summer will be responsible for all 11 weeks of camp, totaling $1320
  2. Full Time w/Vacation: Families may choose 1-2 weeks off, anytime during the summer, with NO weekly tuition fees due. Families would be responsible for all weeks attended.  Two weeks off, 9 weeks paid totaling $1080 or 1 week off, 10 weeks paid totaling $1200.
                 Families are financially responsible for any weeks off exceeding
                           the 2 vacation weeks, at regular camp rates of $120.
  3. Part Time: Families attending camp less than 5 days a week. 

Last 2 days of camp:

FULL TIME CAMPERS: Final 2 days of camp will be included.
PART TIME CAMPERS: Final 2 days of camp IF attending will be at daily rate of $35.

Payments:

Tuition payments are due on Mondays.

Due to bank changes, we can no longer deposit checks written to OUMC Summer Camp

Registration Fee: 
A $85 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of registration.  This fee holds your child's spot, snacks, crafts, and field trips.

Times:
7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 9-hour daily maximum.

A late pick-up fee of $25 will be charged for all pick-ups later than 5:35pm.

Meals: 

      Families will be asked to send a packed lunch daily with children. 

Snacks

      Morning and afternoon snacks are provided each day.

Activities: 
      Both indoor and outdoor activities will be planned for each day so campers should be dressed appropriately for the weather.
