Camp Dates: May 31st -August 9th
Ages: All Children ages 5 -12 by June 1st
Cost: Full-Time: $110 per week, per child.
Part-Time: $30 per day, per child (4 days or less per week).
Registration: $75 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of registration.
No discount is available for multiple children.
OUMC Sumer Camp Payment Policy and Procedures

Dates:
2022 Summer Camp will run May 31 to August 9, 2022
* Length of Summer Camp is subject to change based on BCSC calendar.
Cost:
Full Time Rate: $110 a week
Part time Rate: $30 per day (daily rate will never exceed the weekly rate of $110. Families will be
responsible for fees up to $110 max per week.)
3 Camp Options:
- Full Time: Families attending the entire summer will be responsible for all 10 weeks of camp, totaling $1100
- Full Time w/Vacation: Families may choose 1-2 weeks off, anytime during the summer, with NO weekly tuition fees due. Families would be responsible for all weeks attended. Two weeks off, 8 weeks paid totaling $880 or 1 week off, 9 weeks paid totaling $990.
Families are financially responsible for any weeks off exceeding
the 2 vacation weeks, at regular camp rates of $110. - Part Time: Families attending camp less than 5 days a week.
Last 2 days of camp:
FULL TIME CAMPERS: Final 2 days of camp will be included.
PART TIME CAMPERS: Final 2 days of camp IF attending will be at daily rate of $30.
Payments:
Tuition payment are due on Mondays.
Due to bank changes we can no longer deposit checks written to OUMC Summer Camp

Registration Fee:
A $75 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of registration. This fee holds your child's spot, snacks, crafts, and field trips.
Times:
7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 9 hour daily maximum.

Meals:
Families will be asked to send a packed lunch daily with children.
Snacks:
Morning and afternoon snacks are provided each day.
Activities:
Both indoor and outdoor activities will be planned for each day so campers should be dressed appropriately for the weather.
