OUMC Summer Camp

Mission:
  
Summer Camp is a mission of OUMC and daily prayer is an integral part of summer camp each day. We strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to have fun, make friends
and learn about God. 

Camp Dates:  May 30th - August 15th
(No camp on Memorial Day - Monday, May 29th or Independence Day - Tuesday, July 4th).

Ages:  All Children ages 5 -12 by June 1st

Cost:  Full-Time: $100 per week, per child.  
           Part-Time: $30 per day, per child (4 days or less per week). 

No discount is available for multiple children.  Please contact Amy Rudolph for more information. 

Payments:

Families attending the entire summer will be responsible for $100 a week for 11 weeks totaling $1,100.

Note:  Length of Summer Camp is subject to change based on BCSC calendar.

 

2017-18 BCSC calendar has not yet been released!

Families may choose a vacation option giving you 10 days unpaid.  These days can be used individually or together for a full week, for a total of 9 weeks equaling $900.  
   
                               

Payments are due the first 9 weeks of camp regardless of camper attendance or vacations.  Final 2 weeks of camp will be covered by prior payments and/or vacation time; therefore, no payment is due.

If NOT choosing the vacation option, families are responsible for all 11 weeks of camp payments.  

 

Final 2 days of camp for ALL campers will be optional as always; however, if attending...payment is required at daily rate of $30 per day. 

 

Families are financially responsible for all attendance weeks selected on registration forms regardless of attendance! 

Changes can be made through April 30, 2017 to avoid the additional financial responsibility. After that date, changes to the campers’ original schedule can be made BUT families will be responsible for payment of the altered schedule even if the camper does not attend.  Families taking more than the allowed 10 days will be financially responsible for any extra days taken at the end of camp.

 

Registration Fee:  A $75 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of registration.  This fee holds your child's spot and helps cover snacks, crafts and field trips.

Times: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
9 hour daily maximum. If additional daily hours are needed, please contact Amy Rudolph.

Meals:  Families will be asked to send a packed lunch daily with children. 

Snacks: Morning and afternoon snacks are provided each day.

Activities:  Both indoor and outdoor activities will be planned for each day so campers should be dressed appropriately for the weather.
